Brisé dough is a typical dough used for French baking. Ideal for making sweet flour products, as well as as a base or top layer of pie. The dough is very easy to prepare and can be used universally for a variety of dishes.
The Brisè dough is similar to the puff pastry, but it’s not the same. The test recipe is very simple and inexpensive.

water 70 ml

Cooking:
For the dough, place flour, cold butter, cut into pieces and a pinch of salt in a blender and whisk everything until the mixture becomes sandy and chalky.
